Due to the nature of handmade and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and integrity of our items fo all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're happy to make it right!
- Please email us at sales@faithgritandgrace.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We'll either issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Custom or personalized items (e.g. engraved coasters) are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part.
